Not really. We have enough historical data on similar projects that we can conceptualize most projects and provide accurate conceptual estimates. Pre-fab and modular lends itself very well being able to estimate a project at it's inception before starting to spend money on extensive design fees.

It's rarely too late. It's more of a question of how much can we leverage factory built methods based on the type of structure designed. The end product is the same as a site built project. Not all aspects of your project are going to be right for the factory-built approach even if it's an intentional pre-fab or modular project at the beginning. That's where we provide a lot of value because we look at how to build the entire project as a whole so that you only have one point of contact for all the site construction.
